Responsibilities:



Lead the design for new solutions requested by major IT stakeholders from client side. Lead the delivery of modernization efforts for Corporate Lending, CASA, and Deal Management systems. Manage and mentor BA and Architecture teams to ensure alignment with business and technical goals. Define and track delivery milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, and vendor teams to drive solution design and execution. Oversee technical planning, integration strategies, and risk mitigation across legacy and target platforms. Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and performance standards throughout the delivery lifecycle. Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming with cross-functional teams. Provide regular updates to senior leadership and governance forums on delivery progress and challenges.



Requirement:



Bachelor's degree/master's degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent work experience, or combination. 15+ years of experience in IT delivery management with banking/financial services. Strong understanding of

Core Banking systems

, especially in

Corporate Lending and CASA domains

Proven experience leading

BA and Architecture teams

in large-scale transformation programs Hands-on knowledge of system integration, data migration, and enterprise architecture principles Familiarity with modern delivery methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD). Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Experience working with third-party vendors and managing offshore/onshore delivery models. Experience working with FIS ACBS, Finacle, Flexcube products.
