The Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a project management scope of work and detailed plan to deliver the required solutions
• Develop project documentation including scope of work, budget, timelines and acceptance criteria
• Provide regular status reporting to senior management against milestones & budget, including any issues and/or risks identified
• Engage and drive stakeholders to deliver to the project plan, within scope, on time and to budget
• Identify, mitigate and communicate key assumptions, issues, risks and dependencies to master projects & relevant control and governance committees
• Document any identified required changes and communicate the changes to the relevant parties
• Facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders.
• Ensure internal process, standards and risk compliance (including security, regulatory and audit requirements) are met
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Requirements management
• Stakeholder and communication management
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Pursue opportunities for continuous improvement
• Ability to work across multiple projects/ initiatives at the same time
• Manage the day-to-day running of the Project/Program and execution against the project management plan (PMP)
• Mitigate and resolve risks and issues which may impair project delivery
• Ensue Clarity is up to date including Project static data, status update including RAG status, key milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, issues and resource forecasts are tracked & reported
• Ensure that all submissions to committees are of the right quality and are timely
• Deliver the Project\'s products and processes into BAU
• Implement Project closure procedure

Our Ideal Candidate

• 15 years of experience and proven records in delivering major Infrastructure programs in the Banking industry, including accountability for IT solution delivery
• Stakeholder management experience working with senior level stakeholders to deliver project and provide status updates
• Proven experience with co-ordination of many dependencies and multiple demanding stakeholders in a complex, large-scale deployment environment
• Strong project management experience with the ability to work on multiple projects under pressure and tight timelines
• Proven skills in coordination, staff management and leadership working with vendors and internal teams including Procurement, Ops and stakeholders
• Rigorous approach to management of project delivery methodology
• Leadership skills to coach, co-ordinate and grow a successful delivery team
• Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage a diverse and challenging stakeholder community
• Strong technologist, ability to problem solve, think out of the box, self-starter, ability to work under pressure
• Possess network infrastructure knowledge, including switching, routing, firewalls, circuits topology, load balancing, etc
• Experiences in data centre build, office build and applications migrations
• Excellent interpersonal skills which lend themselves to team-oriented approach and able to work effectively as part of a team and as an individual
• Ability to strategize clearly, create plans and to resolve critical problems in a high-pressure environment
• Exceptional Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Project) skills
• Good skills with agile and reporting tool - Kanban, Power BI
• Possess good influencing, stakeholder management, project end to end management and problem solving skills
• Solid project organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking ability to track project delivery status, dependencies and financials
• PMP/Scrum Certification preferable

• Network infrastructure knowledge, including switching, routing, firewalls, circuits topology, load balancing, etc
