One of the global banks is expanding its presence in APAC.
As a part of expansion, client is looking to hire Senior Delivery Manager, who will play a key role in expansion.

Responsibilities

• The Bank is seeking an experienced IT Application Senior Delivery Manager (SVP) to join our team who will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of in scope applications in the domain.
• The role is responsible for delivering region\'s critical projects / initiatives, working in alignment with the business\'s strategic agenda whilst ensuring adherence to the bank and region\'s strategic architectural direction.
• Lead and implement the vision, strategy, and technology solutions for the region, driving the transformation agenda within the overall architecture strategy
• Collaborate with business to develop client-focused technology capabilities - work closely with the region product head and country general managers to ensure the business needs is well executed within the allocated investment funding and achieves the desired business outcome
• Lead and manage the delivery agenda with client centric approach to deliver business values
• Partner with head office and regional stakeholders to drive alignment on the delivery strategy in accordance with the overall region\'s business strategy
• Proactively seek out and identify new technologies that can be leveraged for further product innovation
• Deliver advanced platforms leveraging the latest technology and with an eye to improved speed to market
• Deliver project benefits on time and within budget whilst adhering to organizational quality standards
• Manage the dependencies, risks and issues across the projects and technology landscape with workable resolutions
• Define a delivery approach that is cost efficient and which optimizes business value
• Demonstrate strong, effective stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ensure project / program governance is well managed in partnership with 2nd line of defence teams
• Ensure conduct, values, and practices are strictly adhered to by teams
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Bank\'s Values
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters
