You will report to our Vice President, Field Technology APAC and drive the successful technical execution of projects and initiatives.The Technical Delivery Manager excels in communication, possesses strong technical skills, and demonstrates exceptional project management abilities. In collaboration with clients, you will ensure the timely deployment and integration of technical solutions by coordinating across internal and external teams, including customer data scientists, Kaggle Grandmasters, platform engineers, system integrators (SIs), and support teams.Given H2O.ai's ambition to empower every business with AI capabilities, the Technical Delivery Manager plays a crucial role in delivering that mission. You will help clients implement our AI products and platforms, ensuring successful execution and operational stability. Success will be measured by project timelines, platform performance, and client satisfaction.This position is based in Singapore.What You Will Do

• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, system integrators, and customer technical teams to align efforts, manage expectations, and resolve challenges.
• End-to-End Project Delivery: Oversee AI and platform installation projects, ensuring deployments meet technical and customer-specific requirements. Manage resources, address roadblocks, and resolve escalations.
• Technical Guidance: Provide input on platform installations, AI model operations, and best practices to ensure smooth deployment and performance.
• Customer Engagement: Monitor project progress, address technical issues, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and collaboration.
• CI/CD Pipeline Automation: Oversee that CI/CD pipelines are established and maintained using Jenkins to automate software build, test, and deployment processes. Ensure efficient and reliable deployment to streamline platform integration for customers.
• Oversee Design, Deployment, and Management of Infrastructure: Ensure the architecture, deployment, and management of infrastructure for H2O.ai Cloud across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises Kubernetes (K8s) clusters.
• Monitoring and Performance Optimization: In consultation with the technical leadership, manage the set up and configuration of monitoring systems (e.g., Datadog) to track system performance and optimization of resource utilization. Ensure that the relevant team members troubleshoot issues by analyzing logs and proactively ensuring platform stability.
• Disaster Recovery & Security: Support and ensure that security best practices are implemented to protect customer data and ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., SOC2, HIPAA). Assist define and implement disaster recovery strategies for critical customer environments.

What We Are Looking For

• Technical Project Management: Proven experience managing technical platform deliveries and troubleshooting issues during execution. Proven experience of delivering complex software projects under strict timelines
• Hands-on experience with CICD/Devops: Worked as DevOps Engineer with expertise in CI/CD pipelines for deploying an AI platform in different environments (dev, prod, UAT). Must have experience with Jenkins, Git, JFrog, Veracode, Kubernetes (OpenShift is a plus).
• Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to manage relationships with system integrators and cross-functional technical teams.
• Project Management Skills: Proficiency in planning, executing, and managing technical projects using appropriate tools and methodologies.
• Helm Charts: Ability to understand and write Helm Charts for Kubernetes deployments.
• Linux Expertise: Familiarity with Ubuntu and CentOS/RHEL environments.
• Monitoring and Performance: Experience with tools like Datadog for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Customer-Facing Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills to address customer queries and foster adoption of H2O.ai solutions.
• Virtualization: Familiarity with technologies like VMware and Vagrant.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience, with at least the last 3+ years focused on working with Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline development.
