Responsibilities:
As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation of new Anti-Money Laundering (AML) systems and their integration with existing systems. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading the pre-project planning phase by defining the project architecture, functionalities, timeline, technical design, costs, and resource allocation.
• Translating complex technical solutions into understandable explanations for non-technical teams and business users.
• Overseeing technical tasks across various application teams to ensure a smooth transition to production and providing ongoing support after deployment.
• Collaborating with architects, security specialists, and development leads to ensure the chosen solution adheres to security best practices and enterprise design principles.
• Planning and potentially contributing to technical deliverables, including design and development work, to meet project requirements within the established timeframe.
• Providing regular status updates, identifying potential risks, and proposing solutions to keep the project on track.
• Creating comprehensive technical documentation for implemented solutions.
• Ensuring system quality by collaborating with production support teams for troubleshooting, code review, and unit testing.
• Partnering with test management teams to conduct various tests (SIT, UAT, performance) and ensure successful application security testing.
• Preparing test cases and data for UAT and Mock Run environments in collaboration with application teams and business users.
• Managing change requests, approval windows, and deployment schedules for smooth system rollout.
• Providing technical and testing support before and after the system goes live.
• Maintaining strong collaboration and open communication with other IT and business units within the organization.
• Overseeing the work of external vendors (if applicable) and ensuring timely project delivery.

Requirement

• Singaporean or Singapore PR
• At least 10 years of experience / knowledge in Project Management, Application Management, Risk and Issue Management, Change Management and Resource Management
• At least 8 years of experience in Production Support Management, Incident and Problem Management
• At least 8 years of experience in system, system integration and software design
• Strong ability to multitask effectively and handle large amounts of data.
• Highly driven, pro-active and a strong team player
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Machine Learning or Data Analysis, Hadoop ecosystem and technologies, NoSQL database or Big Data, Control-M, Git, Jenkins, JIRA, SharePoint and Confluence
