Job Description
Our client is one of Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s leading A1 civil contracting firm which has a strong construction portfolio in large scale infrastructure projects. They are looking for a highly capable Technical Director in overseeing all technical aspects of the large civil projects.
:
- Lead design team and review shop drawings such as foundation, geotechnical, structural, civil etc
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders
- Interprete architectural, civil, structural, and M&E drawing
- Ensure design deliverables \xe2\x80\x93 design submission and approval process, procurement, supply, construction, erection, installation, testing and commissioning issues
- Highlight project risks, design optimization and changes
- Provide practical construction solution
- Provide coordination with QPD/QPS and client regarding engineering proposal and submissions to carry out construction work for LTA projects
- Management and control design deliverables involving BIM, technical, contractual and cost issues
- Manage sub-contractor design team for designing clearance
- Min Bachelor\'s Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by PE Board Singapore
- Min 12 - 15 years of LTA large scale infrastructure project experience required (consultancy / contractor environment)
- Demonstrate strong technical skills and ability to lead a team
