Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced Diploma/ Specialist Diploma/ Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Engineering, Science or equivalent, majoring chemical, chemistry, materials (particularly polymer) or related.
Experience (including internship) in formulation and/or coating of emulsions, UV curables and hotmelts are highly welcomed.
1-3 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
Good command of English (written/ spoken) and Chinese (spoken)

Modification and improvement of existing products
Development of new products
Performing laboratory testing and characterization of products
Support commercial team in technical analysis of customer specification and drive internal discussion specification review process.
Support Operations and Quality teams in resolving technical problem and cost-down projects
Liaise with suppliers to source for new raw materials and additives
Lab management \xe2\x80\x93 keeping lab clean and safe, maintenance of lab equipment, ability to handle heavy loads, including disposal of chemical waste
Customer interactions may be required at times
Any other duties assigned from time to time
