Technical, Event Facilities Senior Executive
Job Description
Race Promoter Singapore GP is seeking committed individuals to fill the position of Senior Executive \xe2\x80\x93 Technical, Event Facilities for the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix.
As a member of the team, you will assist the Technical Director in ensuring that all facility owners\' technical requirements are met and provided for within stipulated deadlines. You will need to be able to multi-task and communicate effectively with people across all levels, including contractors, department heads, and suppliers. Project management experience would be advantageous. Due to the nature and scale of the event, working on some weekends and/or late nights should be expected.
Key Requirements:
- Minimally a Diploma in Events Management. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but prior work experience in events will be advantageous.
- Meticulous, well-organised, and able to work under pressure.
- Good command of English and good level of proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to adapt quickly to on-ground changes.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
