Job Requirements:
\xe2\x9e\xa2Min. Diploma in engineering field with 3 years of automotive experiences
\xe2\x9e\xa2Valid class 3 driving license is a must
\xe2\x9e\xa2If no qualifications - minimum 5 years of experiences in same capacity:
\xe2\x9e\xa2Prepare and understand new model that is going to be launched
\xe2\x9e\xa2To prepare new model readiness kits for the introduction of new model. These includes:-
a. Training - Sales & Aftersales
b. Tools - new tools require to repair the model
c. Owner Manual and Warranty Booklet
\xe2\x9e\xa2Works with Service Manager to prepare maintenance worksheet and packages for new model introduction
\xe2\x9e\xa2Observations of product quality and reporting of damage cases. All findings and work carryout must be recorded in the job card and to raise FPR if necessary
\xe2\x9e\xa2Supports of the Service Advisor/workshop technicians in diagnostic and seek support from principal if necessary
\xe2\x9e\xa2To assist Service Advisor (SA) in fault determination for highly technical cases and to test with customer if necessary
\xe2\x9e\xa2Update Service Centre of Technical Bulletins, Service Information (SI), and innovations
\xe2\x9e\xa2To ensure all tools and equipment including training model and special tools are properly kept and stay functional
\xe2\x9e\xa2To recommend and call for quote on Tools and Equipment and submit for approval for procurement or repair
\xe2\x9e\xa2To attend Train The Trainer training held both locally and overseas when call upon
\xe2\x9e\xa2To conduct new vehicle introduction and aftersales technical training and innovation training
\xe2\x9e\xa2Liaise with LTA and Government body for all vehicle related matters, e.g. Tender, homologation, recall and vehicle particular updates
\xe2\x9e\xa2Assist Service Manager/Workshop Manager in implementing policy and in up keeping and maintaining the proper running of the Service Centre
\xe2\x9e\xa2Ensure all Aftersales Staff complete the LMS training and maintain proper training records
