Responsibilities
- Handles the daily operation and rectification of faults;
- Hands-on work including some shifting, drilling, etc.
- Assist the building manager and technical executives in maintenance and facilities management activities;
- Carry out diagnostic analysis of all the M & E systems, specialist works and systems.
- Supervise sub-contractors in the provisions of maintenance services;
- Handles the daily operation and rectification of faults;
- Liaise, coordinate, plan and supervise maintenance program, sub contractors, vendors, delivery, etc;
- Track work progress of contractors or in-house technician and update to Building Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma in Building Services/Real Estate service with minimum 4 years relevant working experience in similar industry or as a Quantity Surveyor in a Building and Construction Industry.
