Supervise subcontractors in delivering maintenance services and vendors in equipment provision
Assist in implementing quality maintenance programs and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations
Support and oversee minor projects, improvement works, and repair & replacement (R&R) activities
Prepare and justify variations in scope of work
Ensure timely completion of works in accordance with contract requirements
Foster strong working relationships with team members and building owners
Ensure all fault cases are promptly addressed and closed in the CMMS system
Collaborate closely with the Client's FM team to understand and meet end-user requirements
Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Client, FM team, or Account Director
Demonstrate strong technical knowledge in M&E systems including:
Fire Protection
Pump Systems
Electrical Trade
Other building-related M&E systems
Note: FSM certification is required for the building under the candidate's purview
About You: Degree / Diploma / Higher Nitec in Building Services / Facilities Maintenance or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent 3 - 5 years relevant experience in property / estate / facilities management or building / facilities maintenance Knowledge in building works and facilities management Possess good communication skills in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
