BASIC DUTIES OF TECHNICAL CO-ORDINATOR / Technical Executive
Comprehensive understanding & Application of Planning & Building Regulations.
Checking of drawings for Compliance to Planning and Building Regulations. Interpretation of Architect\xe2\x80\x99s sketches and specifications and CAD-Manual Drafting.
Work from concept design to construction details, for regulations compliance.
Keeping records and organizing the filing and retrieval of Submission Drawings & Authorities Information.
Coordinating the Preparation & Submission of Forms, Drawings and Information required by Authorities for Approval & TOP/CSC, including performing floor area calculations and coloring of submission of drawings.
Liaising with Consultants on matters of Building Regulations as directed by the Project Director/Associate/Architect.
Assist the Project Architect during Site Inspections on matters of Building Regulations. Attending Consultants/Site Meetings on matters of Building Regulations. Revit Modelling/CAD or Manual Drafting of Sketch Drawings. Prepare and submit authority drawings, waivers, consultations etc. Guide & Supervise the work of Junior Technical Co-ordinators. Reporting to the Project Architect on all the aforementioned matters. May be appointed as the Document Controller for the Project.
