Job Summary:Salary: Up to $3,800
Working Days: 5 day work, Office Hours (8:30am to 6pm)
Location of work: North East (Punggol, Hougang, Sengkang)Job Responsibilities:

• Front line of the Managing Agent in responding to each School and Users, and to ensure that the Facilities

Management Services under the Contract have been properly carried out and
performed. * Assist the Senior Technical Executive and the School in planning and programming all visits and maintenance services including implementation of Infrastructure Improvement Works with the Project Manager/ projectmanagement team. * The Technical Executive, Facilities Management will be the site supervisors and assist the Professional Quantity Surveyors in all site measurement and records.
