Job Description
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems;
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance;
- Support for continuous development via operation requirements to maintain smooth operations
- Continuous improvement plan via daily operations
- Assist in the setup of M&E systems and to conduct maintenance when necessary
- Maintaining heating and plumbing systems to ensure the functionality
- Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs when needed
- Perform manual repairs when necessary
- Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned
- Preparation of quotations and proposals
- Prepare and submit work progress and incident reports to the Building / Facilities
- Undertake any other tasks or functions that are ancillary to performing assigned work
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering / Facility Management /
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
- Prior experience in Facilities Management & holder of FSM will be an added advantage
- Technical knowledge of M&E systems which include but not limited to Fire Protection systems, AV systems, ACMV systems, etc
- Able to perform shift work if required
- Candidate with more working experience will consider for senior position.
