What the role is:Technical Executive in Properties & Land GroupWhat you will be working on:You will be involved in assessing, recommending, and processing land matters and consultations affecting HDB land, including checking landownership, studying, and extracting information from Architectural & Survey drawings etc. You will also be required to update land records and communicate with external consultants regarding their proposals. You will need to possess some understanding in Statutory Acts, policies, rules & regulations, and financing matters relating to land. You will join a team who takes cares of land-based information, leveraging Geospatial technology to: xc2xb7 Assess proposals affecting HDB land via CoreNet, Autocad, Bentley and future use of BIM technologies xc2xb7 Work through the land-based processes, digitalise them geospatially, educate users to adopt these processes and establish a land use cycle workflow from development to land use to land return, leveraging BIM to Geospatial technologies. xc2xb7 Review current processes with the aim to recommend standards, templates and databases. xc2xb7 Develop end-to-end processes capturing and retrieving land-use searches and data libraries.What we are looking for:You should have good background in Building and Real Estate Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering or equivalent. You should also be a good team player, meticulous and independent, have a pleasant disposition, possess effective communication skills, good interpersonal collaboration skills and passion for service delivery. Strong interest in either IT or Geospatial technology with knowledge of AutoCAD, Bentley and BIM will be an added advantage.
