Job Description


  • Provide solutions to simple IT issues reported by end users over remote assist by phone or network remote control.
  • Providing remote technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
  • Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, and implement solution.
  • Applies knowledge of information systems products and services to assist users.
  • Identifies, investigates, research user questions and problems as well as resolving information systems problems.
  • Prioritizes issues using appropriate escalation procedures, and coordinates referrals to technical, professional, or service personnel as needed.
  • Focus on SLA and resolution process.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma / Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related
  • Welcome entry level - On Job Training
  • Bank work environment at Raffles Place
  • Positive attitude, willing to learn
  • Salary $2000 - $3300
