We are looking for a Technical Implementation Manager to work as a trusted advisor and having a direct impact in helping our customers gain the most value from the Terrascope SaaS platform. You\'ll design and execute implementation strategies to drive our customers\' adoption and use of Terrascope. This includes leading pilot, demos and full technical implementation.

In this role you will partner with some of the most iconic enterprises(ASEAN, ANZ, EMEA) that are serious about sustainability. These range from rising startups building their business from scratch through to large enterprises going through significant sustainability transformation. You need to be hands-on and also provide advice on architecture, data integration, implementation strategy, project management and launch planning as well as ongoing operational issues.

This role will report into the Head of Implementation and Data R&D.

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with team members(product, IT, data science) and customer stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
  • Prioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholders\' needs into program goals and prioritized deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables.
  • Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, and/or manage project plans for supported program(s) including coordinating both external and internal resources
  • Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
  • Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals.
  • Understanding of Data and I.T infrastructure, Web Technologies, Systems Administration, DevOps and/or Application Development \xc2\xb7
  • Experience in a similar role as a Technical Account Manager, Principal Consultant, Operations Manager, Service Delivery etc. \xc2\xb7 Experience leading IT implementation in Enterprise scale environments \xc2\xb7
  • Internal enterprise or external customer-facing experience as a technical lead \xc2\xb7
  • Experience architecting and operating solutions at scale \xc2\xb7
  • Experience handling issues, incident, problem, and service availability \xc2\xb7
  • Solid presentation skills with a high degree of comfort influencing data and technology implementation and strategy with executives through to developers
  • Ability to wear the customer\'s shoes and imagine yourself in the customer\'s position.
You should have:
  • Passion for customers, data and sustainability
  • Experience in SaaS implementation
  • Troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults/ Resolve system issues / Installing and configuring software
  • Experience managing and speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem.
  • Experience running customer workshops and presenting on project progress
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience with software development and managing execution of programs that span multiple engineering, data and customer teams.
  • Fluency in English required.
Even better if you are:
  • Certification in Azure or AWS or GCP
  • Experience with data architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices (including but not limited to Core Systems, ERP, CRM, Data Lake-house, Data Fabric, external interfaces, etc.)
  • Experience in IT and Implementation in Food and Beverage, Agri and Industrials business
