Technical Lead (backend)
Job Description
Responsibilities :
Take ownership of backend systems, including operations, maintenance, and performance.
Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and assist in project scheduling.
Coordinate backend activities with stakeholders, vendors, frontend teams to resolve technical issues.
Manage backend-related documentation, IT resources and project policies.
Support change implementations: system patching, upgrades, configuration changes, and enhancements.
Handle service requests and IT security issues, ensuring compliance with best practices.
Assist in incident and problem management processes, including escalations from Level 1 engineers.
Administer and configure AWS cloud environments; deploy and manage cloud-based workloads securely.
Support operational systems reliability and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) adherence.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and operational tasks effectively and on schedule.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues to maintain system reliability and availability.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of backend architecture, system operations and cloud-based workloads.
Hands-on experience with system maintenance, incident management, and IT security compliance.
Familiarity with Windows-based and Linux-based systems.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive & customer-oriented.
5 years of AWS cloud experience.
Degree or equivalent technical knowledge and expertise
Willingness to take up technical leadership role.
AWS Cloud Certification is a plus

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
