Key Responsibilities

Cloud Solutions & Architecture

Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and cost-optimized cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP). Drive cloud migration strategies, hybrid/multi-cloud adoption, and platform modernization initiatives. Ensure compliance with governance, security, and operational best practices.

Data Engineering & Analytics

Oversee data ingestion, transformation, and storage pipelines (e.g., Databricks, Spark, SQL, ETL). Architect and optimize data lakehouses, warehouses, and data marts to support analytics and reporting. Implement best practices for data quality, data lineage, and data governance. Partner with data scientists and analysts to operationalize advanced analytics and AI/ML use cases.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead and mentor engineers, providing technical guidance and career development support. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams. Enforce engineering standards (CI/CD, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code). Review technical designs, code quality, and ensure adherence to InfoCepts' best practices.

Delivery & Execution

Translate business requirements into technical solutions and roadmaps. Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and cost objectives are met. Identify risks, performance bottlenecks, and propose mitigation strategies. Support pre-sales and client engagements with solution demonstrations and technical proposals.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Proven experience in cloud architecture, data engineering, and leading technical teams. Strong expertise in:

Cloud Platforms

: AWS, Azure, or GCP

Data Engineering

: Databricks, Spark, SQL, ETL tools

Infrastructure as Code

: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation

DevOps

: CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to balance hands-on engineering with strategic oversight.
