Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on experienced Technical Manager to oversee the design, development, and implementation of advanced simulation solutions that meet client and regulatory requirements. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary engineering team, ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and efficient project execution within budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management

Lead an engineering team in simulation system development and integration.


Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and guide professional growth.


Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability.


Foster collaboration and maintain high engineering standards across the team.

Project Execution & Technical Oversight

Manage end-to-end technical project lifecycle from planning to deployment and acceptance.


Evaluate, select, and implement appropriate technologies, tools, and methodologies.


Coordinate with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to define project scope and technical requirements.


Assist Project Manager in managing project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure cost-effective delivery.

Compliance & Quality

Implement and monitor compliance protocols, data security, and audit requirements.


Prepare technical documentation and ensure traceability across development stages.


Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, cybersecurity, and data protection requirements.


Implement best practices for CI/CD, version control, and testing.

Business & Strategic Development

Support business development activities by translating client needs into technical solutions.


Contribute to the technology roadmap through research and evaluation of emerging tools.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.


At least 6 years' relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with C / C++ / C# / Java, TCP/UDP, Distributed Systems, DIS/HLA/SISO Standards, Agile methodology, Waterfall methodology.


Strong background in system deployment, verification & validation, and engineering documentation.


Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
