You will be responsible for establishing systems/guidance in sustenance and improvement of equipment performance indices to meet/ exceed operations goals.What you will be working on:\xc2\xb7 Coordinator for Equipment Group at section or department level\xc2\xb7 Versatile in handling various equipment types\xc2\xb7 Initiate, organize and lead task-force for short term problem solving and long term continuous improvement\xc2\xb7 Perform shift duties to support production as requested\xc2\xb7 Explore opportunity to improve COO, cycle time and Equipment reliability\xc2\xb7 Lead/ facilitate CIT projects to set and achieve goals\xc2\xb7 Establish systems and guidelines for intra/ inter-department activities\xc2\xb7 Manage/ drive vendors performance to meet/ exceed equipment KPI, and SRS goals\xc2\xb7 Forecast/ establish stock levels of spares and consumables to meet capacity demand, ensure equipment expenditures within budget forecast\xc2\xb7 Train and certify equipment Engineers/ AE\'sMore About You:\xc2\xb7 Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics)\xc2\xb7 Min 8 years in semiconductor fab operational experience\xc2\xb7 Technical experience in WET preferredSSMC is committed to equal employment opportunities and abides by the Tripartite Guidelines on Fair Employment Practices (TGFEP).
