Description

Seeking highly motivated and experienced Technical Manager to lead the team. As a Technical Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the technical aspects of services, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and providing expert guidance to clients across various industries. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to maintaining and enhancing our reputation for delivering high-quality and reliable accreditation services.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Management System Certification team. Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure accurate and consistent service delivery.

Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end accreditation process, including review of documentation, audits, assessments, and technical evaluations. Ensure that all certification activities are carried out efficiently, effectively, and in line with the company\'s standards.

Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and requirements. Offer technical insights, address concerns, and provide recommendations to help clients achieve their certification goals.

Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, including auditors, technical experts, and support staff. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and professional growth within the team.

Technical Training: Develop and deliver technical training programs for staff and clients, covering relevant standards, regulations, and best practices. Empower team members and clients with the knowledge needed to ensure successful certification outcomes.

Profile

  • Bachelor\'s degree or higher in a relevant technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science).
  • Registered IRCA lead assessor or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in management system accreditation, quality assurance, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in team management and leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant international standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders.
  • Analytic mindset with the ability to solve complex technical challenges and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management, documentation review, and audit processes.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
