Technical IT Manager

Key Requirement

Experience of executing projects in large program / multiple project environment to showcase coordination / dependencies capabilities Experience with Cloud Migration - Lift & Shift and Modernization Experience working in Financial Services Industry

Project Leadership and Management

Lead and plan technical deliverables within the allocated budget and schedule. Oversee / coordinate technical implementation activities across project teams & serve as the escalation point for the project team, addressing critical project issues. Provide hands-on guidance to ensure the project teams build enhancements according to the solution plan.

Technical Delivery and Risk Management

Plan, monitor, and manage risks/issues related to technical project delivery. Collaborate across different domain application teams to manage technical and security-related dependencies of the solution. Partner with Architects, Security, Suppliers to ensure solution design aligns with enterprise design principles, security, and control standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Financial Oversight

Partner with PMs, BAs, Suppliers to collate, understand, and finalize functional and technical requirements. Provide regular status updates on technical delivery and escalate issues affecting the project schedule, proposing workarounds or resolutions.

Job Requirements

7+ years of experience in Program/Project management Proficient in MS Project, Confluence, JIRA, SDLC, AGILE methodologies. End to end implementation of any of the following in a Financial Services Industry would be an advantage: + Cloud related solutions
+ Infrastructure / Network related solutions
+ Endpoint/ Workplace Technology related solutions
+ Active Directory / Identity Management related solutions
