Primary Purpose

Provides Technical and application leadership of the Product line Life Science across the APAC region, including oversight and responsibility on Sales Target Topline for the Life Science business in APAC> Provide Strategic and Technical directions to all sales managers and lead the application teams in accordance with the global and regional strategies.

• To oversee the effective technical management the Life Science business for all the APAC SBCs.
• Working with MBC and APAC Marcomm team, develop APAC specific marketing and application materials for the life science product.
• To align all SBC under the global product and Marketing strategy, provide technical marketing and strategic managerial support to SBC Sales team. Build a sustainable business model across all market verticals in life Science.
• Responsible for setting, monitoring, and achieving sales results from all the APAC territory versus quarterly targets.
• Provide direction to sales managers and sales specialist so they can deepen their understanding of application across all vertical markets, Key account and distributor management support as highlighted in the distributor management charter/Setup, monitor and report on activities by region, develop and design training programs and skills improvements initiatives.
• Lead BDM activities, with sales managers and applications managers and provide upstream marketing advise to MBC.
• Design and complete Quarterly business report on developments and important corrective measure to counter negative trends and positive measures to maximise opportunities.
• Monitors monthly weekly activity and sales reports with all sales managers.
• Report monthly to head of sales and BUM life science.
• Any other tasks as assigned.

• Degree in Life Science and Medical research or equivalent discipline.

• Wiling to travel at least twice a month.
• Extensive experience in microscopy and research experience.
• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with superior customer service skills.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, salesforce and SAP software will be an advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of statistics and data analysis.
