Job Description

We are representing a reputable real estate developer with a strong portfolio of commercial and residential properties. The company is looking to appoint a Technical Officer to join their property management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections, checks, and follow-up rectifications on building systems.
- Perform installations, troubleshooting, and preventive/corrective maintenance on ACMV, electrical, fire protection, BMS, plumbing, and sanitary systems.
- Attend to breakdowns, tenant feedback, and service calls; ensure timely repairs and reporting.
- Supervise contractors and certify completion of works.
- Carry out hands-on repairs (electrical, plumbing, sanitary, minor works).
- Manage inventory and purchase requests.
- Lead and guide a team of technicians in resolving M&E issues.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma / Nitec / Higher Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
- 5+ years' experience in facilities/property management or building services.
- Strong technical knowledge across M&E systems with supervisory experience.
- Hands-on, solution-driven, with good communication skills.
