What You'll Do:

  • Manage the project renewal/maintenance of SPPA transmission building/tunnel facilities
  • Manage the FM equipment timely renewal and repairs
  • Understand the operations of FM equipment and SOP in safety, maintenance and project works
  • Assistance to RO/SO in preparation maintenance schedules, monitor maintenance and repair scope
  • Implement works programs in accordance to specification requirements, budget provisions and schedules
  • Ensure all maintenance, inspection, commissioning and test records are updated promptly, attended and e-filed properly
  • Carry out safety toolbox meeting prior to commencement of activities
  • Attend to service requests from stakeholders and coordination during interfaces/DLP
  • Perform office and after-office hour standby duties, updating the status into FM app system
  • Supervise, verification and assign contractors' works
  • Prepare, update and submit weekly report and contract status
  • Assist in preparation of technical specifications/checklists.
  • Witness testing & commissioning for FM equipment.
  • Updating of maintenance applications on work completion.
  • Create maintenance/project software applications for FM related works
  • Perform data trending for FM equipment
  • Carry out duties in FM control centre shift operations and other FM units, if required.
What you need:
  • Diploma in Engineering from recognized Polytechnics in Singapore
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Facilities or Engineering
  • Highly motivated individual with a positive attitude
  • Able to work independently, as well as in a team and in a challenging environment
  • A team player with basic computer knowledge
  • Possess skills in project planning, execution, and management
  • Possess skills in statistical analysis and evaluation
  • Possess a class 2/3 driving licence would be advantageous
