Technical Operations Analyst - Batch Processing & Reporting

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Analyst with deep experience in batch processing, reporting, and interface management. This role involves supporting critical operations across multiple systems and regions, ensuring data accuracy, process reliability, and system integration in a complex financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Batch Processing

• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot batch jobs across multiple systems.
• Handle batch activities such as report generation, data migration, data transformation, and system maintenance.
• Address batch-related issues and enhancements for multiple entities (e.g., Gift City, HKL, SG).

Reporting

• Develop and maintain custom reports, fix inaccuracies, and manage reporting enhancements.
• Fulfill scheduled and ad-hoc report requests across systems and regions.
• Support ongoing report change requests and accuracy audits.

Interface Management

• Manage system-to-system interfaces for smooth data exchange.
• Oversee data migrations, server transitions, and resolve connectivity or file transfer issues.
• Work with various file formats and protocols, ensuring compliance with standards (e.g., MAS655).

Database Management (Limited)

• Support database migrations and cleanup activities, especially those tied to OPC migrations.

Project Support

• Provide technical support for in-house programs and projects.
• Assist with new feature implementations, UAT testing, and troubleshooting.
• Offer expert-level support for issue resolution during project rollouts.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in batch processing, reporting, and interface management within a financial system, preferably related to trade finance.
• Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Solid knowledge of data analysis, system integration, and automation tools.
• Experience managing high-stakes technical operations across multiple systems and geographical entities.
• Ability to ensure operational accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across reporting and interface systems.
