  • Manager for an operations team.
  • Planning and managing the team.
  • Leading whilst being part of the team delivering events.
  • Logistics and Planning of large-scale events.
  • Project management and client management.
  • Design of system solutions based on client requirements.
  • Providing technical support to customers.
  • Supporting the sales team in the pre-sales and delivery of projects.
  • Installation, operation & dismantling of Simultaneous Interpretation, Conference Microphone systems including Interpreters booths.
  • Configuring equipment for a wide variety of studio and virtual events, based on client requirements.
  • Understanding of streaming solutions and platforms.
  • Managing languages for online events.
  • Reporting to CEO

Candidate Criteria
  • Electronics or IT background
  • Ideally a degree in Audio / Electronics / IT / AV
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field with previous multiple project planning/management
  • Good team player with strong analytical and leadership skills
  • Good interpersonal, communication and written skills with the ability to lead and motivate
  • A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines
  • We are a B2B organisation and you will be meeting and supporting high level management and government staff customers. Your presentation and manners must be impeccable.
  • You must have the flexibility to work after hours / weekends when required. We have a Time-in-Lieu arrangement in place.
