About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Technical Operations Executive

to join our team. You will be responsible for processing plant map sale applications, managing utility plans, and supporting engineering coordination in compliance with IMDA and regulatory requirements. This role is ideal for fresh graduates in engineering who are looking to start their career in a technical and regulatory operations environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process

Plant Map Sale

applications and

export maps

from the

SHIFT system

Review and print

utility plans

to ensure compliance with

regulatory standards

Handle

NCE applications

, issue

approval letters

, and coordinate with internal and external

engineers

Perform

data entry

, respond to

customer inquiries

, and

reconcile payments

Generate

reports

and maintain

accurate documentation

and records

Requirements:

Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Communications Engineering

(Fresh graduates are welcome)

Proficient in AutoCAD

and

Microsoft Office

(Excel, Word, Outlook) Familiar with

IMDA's 9-Step Earthworks Requirements
