Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Assist in managing and supervising electrical works on site
Ensure compliance with BCA and EMA regulations
Prepare documentation, submission forms, reports, and project coordination
Support project manager with technical verification and progress monitoring
Attend site meetings and liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors

Candidate must meet one (1) of the following:
1. Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (from Singapore Polytechnic or equivalent), OR
2. BCAA
The Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination
, OR3. Licensed Electrician (EMA Licence) - accepted by BCA as T for ME05 L1

Additional Requirements
Minimum 2 years relevant electrical experience preferred Able to read technical drawings and interpret electrical schematics Good problem-solving, coordination and communication skills

Salary Range
Salary: SGD $2,800 - $5,000/month (depending on experience & certification)

Employment Type
Full-time (preferred) Contract arrangement can be discussed for qualified T personnel
