Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present tailored product demonstrations and presentations.
• Provide technical guidance and support during the sales process, addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing valuable insights on how our solutions can address their specific challenges.
• Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback and insights from the field to improve the product offerings.
• Prepares solution design by understanding customer requirements and related customer documents, consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.
• Prepare and run partner training\'s when needed (Law enforcement\'s and Government agencies)
• Engaging with internal stake holders (R&D, Services, Operations, and Product Management).

Requirements:

• Min 8-10 year\'s of pre-sales experience on telecommunications, mobile devices and/or IT security and networking is a plus.
• Strong understanding woking on various projects within government agencies.
• Ability to understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Comfortable travelling 50% of the time across APAC to meet customers.
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated creative problem-solving approach
