Adecco is partnering with a leading global electronics company to search for a CS Product Support Specialist.
This role is a contractual assignment with an initial tenure of 2 years (renewable).
The Talent
Minimum 3 years' experience in electronics after-sales or a customer-centric technical environment
Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills on mobile and consumer electronics products
Proven experience conducting technical training for vendors or service partners
Skilled in data analysis, reporting, and communicating actionable insights to stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Strong multitasking and teamwork capabilities
Must possess a valid driving license
The Job
Monitor and report on service quality KPIs and perform root cause analysis with improvement plans
Provide minor troubleshooting assistance and technical support to Authorized Service Centers and Contact Centers for mobile and consumer electronics products
Conduct technical training and knowledge transfer to vendors and service partners
Collaborate with factories and HQ teams on quality monitoring and product improvement initiatives
Monitor new product launches and quality issue trends, reporting insights to management
Support on-site service and repair activities, product liability tasks, and inventory management
Assist with stock counting and scrapping of used products/parts
Participate in ad hoc projects related to product quality and service support
