Our client is a top-tier global management consulting firm who is currently looking to expand their Technology and Digital practice across SEA. They are looking to hire highly seasoned Delivery Heads & Program Directors with proven experience in large-scale technology transformation across Banking, Financial Services and Insurance. They are hiring for multiple head counts across various levels.ResponsibilitiesPartner with C-levels across major financial services clients across SEA to strategise and drive their digital transformation efforts across Core Banking, Data, Cloud, AI etc.Reinventing the customer experience, leveraging journey maps, deep customer empathy and data to create transformative digital interfaces, marketing strategies and process innovationsDriving change and transformation through cutting-edge applications of AI and Machine Learning tools that are fully scaled into the businessRedesigning technology functions to improve flexibility, efficiency, and Business-IT alignmentRequirements8 to 20 years of Technical Delivery, Project or Program Management experience within Strategy, Management Consulting or End-UserExperience in Consumer banking, Digital banking, Insurance or broader FSIProven track record of driving large-scale technology programs at a regional or global levelAbility work with and lead multi-disciplinary teams including engineers, architects, data scientistsC-level stakeholder management experienceBachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or any other related field.
