The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with our client - a leading US-based tech company - to recruit a skilled Technical Program Manager for an onsite contract position based in Singapore.
• This role offers the opportunity to manage and deliver high-impact technical programs within a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• You will lead projects from planning to execution, drive process improvements, and collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• The ideal candidate has strong stakeholder management skills, excellent technical judgment, and hands-on experience managing complex programs using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

The Talent

• 5+ years of experience in technical program or project management, ideally within the tech or enterprise software domain
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all organizational levels
• Proficient in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Comfortable working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical roadmaps
• Strong governance and documentation capabilities (e.g., dashboards, status reports, escalation tracking)

Preferred:

• Experience with metrics-driven continuous improvement programs
• Familiarity with concepts related to product inclusion, privacy, and trust
• Domain knowledge in areas such as cloud computing, networking protocols, or release management

• Define and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables with clear milestones
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and drive timely resolutions
• Communicate program health, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
• Implement process improvements and continuous improvement strategies across teams
• Drive change management initiatives and align cross-functional priorities
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business partners to ensure quality outcomes
