Understand the client systems and application architecture and enhancement requirements from internal business clients
Create project plans, estimate cost and resource requirements
Execute the project, track progress, take corrective actions as required with the multi-vendor teams
Communicate the progress, risks proactively to all management stakeholders
Coordinate with all the offshore/onshore stakeholders for the success of the releases
Mandatory Skills:
Mandarin fluency (speaking) - to handle stakeholders from China
Technical PM skills - Able to handle digital transformation projects, managing engineers and other vendor employees in a complex software environment across multiple cost centres, geographies and systems
Domain - Strong experience in eCommerce and Retail industry and solutions, i.e. payment gateway, Point of Sales, Sales Automation, Products, offers etc.
Technology - Experience in Java Technologies and best practise implementations
Good understanding of Enterprise systems and their integrations (API), Managing dependencies and coordinating with other stakeholders.
Strong understanding of controlling and running projects within estimated budgets, schedule and quality.
