Comes with development skills and is responsible for ensuring that the project will be executed safely, on schedule, conforming to agreed quality and specifications, and at optimal cost. The principal responsibility of the position is to oversee all aspects the project, including solutioning, planning, project management and coordination, engineering, project services, and HSE. The main point of contact on all project-relevant events including but not limit to attending periodic project meetings, kick-off, and technical clarifications. Key responsibilities: The TPM is the appointed officer to oversee every stage of the project and ensure that timelines are met according to the project plan. Leads a team of project engineers and software developers in curating solutions and system deployments. Leads the operations and maintenance schedules and efficiently allocates manpower for ad hoc service requests by the client. The role requires a hands-on project manager with software development and solution design knowledge and experience. In close contact with the admin team in procuring materials and outsourcing new suppliers/partners in the event that the appointed supplier/partner fails to meet expectations. Attends to periodic meetings set by the client and prepares what is expected of during the meeting e.g. progress weekly report, solution to any problems encountered, etc. Requirements: Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Telecommunications/Computer) or Computing Science qualifications. Project Management Certification (such as PMI) is preferred. At least 5 years of experience in managing wide-scale software and hardware implementation projects. Significant experience in system integration, IT Industry, defining and solutioning Digital Applications. Understanding of both waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies, as well as DevOps solution delivery. Proficient in various Microsoft 360 applications and Project Management software. Proficient in at least one programming language. Familiar with Full Stack development skills and related processes.
