Job Description
*Our client is a Well-Established Engineering Services Company in Singapore.
*Working Location: West (Yishun)
*Basic + AWS + VB provided
*Office Working Hour: (Mon- Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sourcing the materials, spare parts, tools and equipment according to specifications.
- Involve in Vendor selection and negotiate prices and delivery lead time with vendors/contractors.
- Responsible for procurement processes (e.g. RFQ, PR/PO, etc.)
- Coordinate with various departments (i.e. sales, production, accounts) on the required technical specifications, delivery/collection schedule and supplier payments etc.
- Coordinates Inbound & Outbound shipments & deliveries.
- Preferable Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
- No experience is welcome to apply, as training is provided.
- Proficient in Excel usage.
