We have an exciting opportunity available for two (2) Technical Recruiters working day shift schedule in our Ortigas office. You must be WFH capable with a strong internet connection as we are home-based for the duration of the pandemic

Our Sydney based client is a boutique IT recruitment firm that is looking to relocate its Talent Delivery team to Manila. The focus of these roles will be to work as part of a team of full lifecycle Talent Acquisition/Sourcing specialists who are focused on filling professional IT roles in the Australian marketplace. This includes working on active engagements as well as building niche talent pipelines. We are looking for professionals who love working in recruitment and who are passionate about the candidate experience. Your Responsibilities
  • Candidate Generation and Management: executive/specific searches and data mining of Bullhorn and LinkedIn, Internet Advertising, Refreshments of inactive candidates to active candidates, HOT LISTS for key float skills
  • Conduct general and role specific prescreening interviews via phone, assisting in ensuring candidates are well-matched for both the client’s technical skills requirements and fit the culture
  • Direct contact with both active and passive overseas candidates through voice calling
  • Referrals & Resourcing: searching Bullhorn, LinkedIn P.R. & Web registrations, sourcing new candidates through market mapping, headhunting (where relevant)
  • Conduct reference checking as required
  • Admin & QA: assisting in resume formatting, work rights checking and general resume submission requirements
  • Ensuring all activities are recorded correctly in Bullhorn to the required standard

Your Background
  • Minimum of 4-5 years solid Technical Recruitment experience specifically software engineering
  • Experienced and capable in spending a large amount of time on the phone connecting with candidates and conducting screenings
  • Australian recruiting is desirable; Recruiting locally is accepted as long as skilled in technical recruiting
  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment cycle
  • College graduate of any related course
  • Exceptional English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong working knowledge and experience in using headhunting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Bullhorn and other sourcing avenues
  • Experience in using complex Boolean searches
  • Great interpersonal skills
  • Diligent in recording activity, highly organized and has keen attention to details
  • Proactive, self-motivated with positive working attitude
  • Can work well in a team or independently
  • Comfortable making outbound calls
