Responsibilities:



Reporting to Sales Director

Perform risk assessment on site. Provide technical advice/expertise & prepare quotations according to the needs on site for approval. Negotiate and finalize quotation details with clients. Co-ordinate and work closely with relevant department to ensure the smooth of project through hand over. Manage and control the materials costs and manpower costs for all the project. Attend client's enquiry including after sales-services Prepare required documents to facilitate the billing progress. Follow up Clients' payment closely and minimize bad debt Faster and deepen relationship with assigned clients Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:



Degree / Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering Sales experience will be an advantage roles preferably in Construction / Waterproofing industry or proven experience in relevant role. Well-groomed individual with outgoing personality, good interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated and hard-working. * Fluent in English & Mandarin
