Job Description
Our Clients:
- Electrical & Electronics industry
- 5 Days, Office hours
- Bukit Batok
- Basic UP $3500 + Comms + AWS + Bonus
- Assist in any technical requests or support and resolve any customer enquiries and issues of the customer via email or phone call.
- Deliver any post sale and presale application and sales support by going to in-depth study of the customer needs and recommend the suitable solution for the customer.
- Provide training to the customer on how to operate the product and come out with a presentation slides to show the customer on the product functionality.
- Cooperate with the sales team in order to prolong the existing customers relationship.
- Min Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent discipline.
- No prior experience needed, Training will be provided.
- Passionate in PLC/ Automation products.
