3) Job Scope:
Provide after sales technical support and solution.
Assist to deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase the features and benefits of the company's products & services.
Attend site meetings, provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and after sales services support.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors
Offerings to effectively position the company's services & products in the market.
Attend industry trade shows and conferences to network and generate leads.
Able to present and introduce product/ services with in-depth knowledge
Establish and maintain strong rapport with network of contractors/ consultants/ developers to promote sales
Preparation of project schedule, safety documents for safety submission
Other duties as assigned.
4) Requirement:
Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related studies
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
Experienced in handling multiple projects
Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous
Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally in professional and responsive manner
Capable of interpreting building schematics drawings, electrical drawing/layout
Good oral and written communication skills
Knowledge in Programming & Networking (i.e: AT commands, Microsoft, Linux, TCP/IP basic, AutoCAD, Autodesk, etc.)
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Works well under pressure and well time management
Basic understanding of networking system.
5) Working hours:
5 days/ week (Monday-Friday) 0900-1800hrs
