Process end-to-end sales and purchases transactions using in-house software for mechanical and electrical ship repair jobs, and supply of marine products and services.
Provide technical advice and customer service to open and close the jobs or sales orders.
Communicate promptly with customers (shipyards, owners, managers), vendors and subcontractors
Arrange necessary entry requirements and/or logistics to complete the service or supply jobs
Utilize manpower and existing inventory to achieve maximum productivity and reach sales targets
Perform other jobs as maybe assigned
Qualifications Required
At least 3 year of sales or purchase experience in the marine shipyard sector or related industry
Holds a diploma/degree in marine or mechanical engineering studies
Proficient in sales and purchase processes using a software and able to work independently
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure to meet customer requirements
With sense of urgency and good inter-personal skills
