Our client is looking for hands-on pre-sales technical system support engineer.
Responsibility
- Attend to customers involving ITSM / infrastructure, application, cloud and /or server virtualization monitoring products / tools
- Provide proof of concepts to install, configure, presentation and demonstration of company products
- Conduct user trainings to partners / customers
- Generate reports in solving key business problems or customers
- Involve in presales and post sales activities
- At least 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure such as network, server, database or desktop support.
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service oriented, enjoy interacting with users
- Understanding of Java/J2EE technologies and web applications
- Exposure to Citrix, VMware, and other virtualization is a plus
