Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice to internal and external stakeholders, using the resources of Engineering and other departments
• Using price lists that are available and generate new ones when required and implementing formal proposals/ quotations to the customer.
• Independently and actively generating commercially viable sales presentations, quotes and proposals that meet the technical needs of the customer and the commercial needs of the company
• Continually and actively presenting and marketing the company services to existing and potential customers through direct communication in face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, emails and exhibition/ trade shows
• Understanding the service and product offerings
• Liaising with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the total experiences of dealing with the company.
• Working with corporate strategies and policy frameworks, designs and implements sales strategies, guidelines and procedures within board principles and policies to meet sales requirements supporting short and long-term business goals
• Implementing the correct reporting lines. Maintaining coordination with integral company functions and directing the flow of information of sales activities and transactions, including leads, contracts, global agreements etc.
• Ensure work activities and behavior achieved conformity too the HSE policy, objectives and procedures outlined in the HSE management system and compliance to applicable local legal requirements.
• Handle customers' inquiry/ tender for our products and services
• Process quotation and sales order on day to day basis
• Provide admin support to Sales and Technical Support Team to achieve sales
• Lead and manage assigned tender for submission that meets customer requirement
• Track and report on submitted quotation and tender status.
• Monitor and keep clients informed on the progress of order as required.
• Lead and conduct contract review of an order received from assigned accounts to ensure timely delivery
• Maintenance and preparation of presentation material, product information
• Supporting across few product lines whenever necessary

Job Requirements

• Quality, market & product knowledge
• Ability to liaise with clients and interpret their needs and requirements
• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering
• Relevant industrial training certification
• Minimum 0-2 years of sales related experience
• Strong in Technical knowledge and customer service
