Our Client, Shipping Equipment manufacturer is looking out Technical Sales Executive.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
\xe3\x83\xbbAddress customer inquiries, review project specifications, prepare quotations, and follow up to close sales.
\xe3\x83\xbbProvide pre-sales and technical support to customers.
\xe3\x83\xbbLead technical meetings with customers.
\xe3\x83\xbbTravel to customer locations (both in Singapore and overseas) for sales support, technical issue resolution, and relationship building.
\xe3\x83\xbbExpand and maintain a robust base of new and existing customers.
\xe3\x83\xbbKeep informed about competitors\' activities and market trends.
\xe3\x83\xbbOversee customer payments and ensure timely collection of overdue payments.
\xe3\x83\xbbHandle various ad-hoc tasks as needed.JOB REQUIREMENTS\xe3\x83\xbbDiploma or Degree in Engineering with 3-4 years of experience in shipyards, ship owner, ship management, or the marine industry.
\xe3\x83\xbbProficiency in Japanese (verbal and written) is preferred.
\xe3\x83\xbbStrong customer relationship management skills.
\xe3\x83\xbbPositive, self-motivated, and friendly attitude.
