Your Focus
IFF Health & Bioscience business is looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join the Home & Personal Care Division, South-East Asia, as Regional Technical Sales Manager, based in Singapore.
This position will be responsible to deliver the annual Sales Targets and the business goals and objectives set for each country.
This role will manage a portfolio of assigned clients and market segments namely - Home Care, Fabric Care, Industrial Markets, Textiles and Personal Care.
This role is expected to develop new business from existing and new accounts with execution of business plans and guidelines.

How you will Contribute

  • Manage both directly, as well as through our Channel Partners, the commercial aspects of assigned customers with accountability to meet the annual Sales Targets.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions and services according to customers\' needs and requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and intimacy.
  • Identify, develop and evaluate new business opportunities at existing and new accounts with the objective to convert them into new wins.
  • Be Competent in technical/product knowledge and generate value of our offerings.
  • Familiarize and be competent in business processes and sales tools like Forecasting, Pricing, Opportunities, Call Reports etc.
  • Understand market trends/key customer needs to identify new opportunities & develop new projects proactively.
  • Proactively update competitive landscape and Market intelligence.
  • Build strong relationships with Regional & global Marketing/Technical/Application support groups.
Job Requirements

What you will need to be successful
  • Minimum 5 years commercial experience in Home & Personal Care relevant B2B business.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team. Demonstrates respect for people.
  • Ability to assimilate commercial and technical information fast.
  • Strong communication and listening skills that are customer orientated and focused on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Demonstrate \xe2\x80\x9ccan do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude, positive approach to problem solving.
  • Effective interpersonal skills & team player. Possess open mind with good collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders (external and internal)
  • Put customer satisfaction first, both internal as well as external (distributors and end customers).
  • Strong listening & problem-solving skills with keen interest in understanding underlying issues & deploying solutions via consultative approach.
  • Self-motivated - Initiates appropriate actions and follows through.
