Our client is a well-established company specialised in private home, commercial lifts and escalators.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business growth. Identify potential markets, clients, and business opportunities within the lift industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders in the industry. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings. Conduct contracts negotiations, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Provide expert product knowledge to clients, addressing inquiries and assisting in selecting the most suitable lift solution. Stay up to date with industry developments, new technologies, and regulations related to lifts and elevators. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirement:

Min 3-5 years of sales/marketing experience in Lift / Construction/ Building Automation/ Commercial & Industrial industry Possesses strong technical expertise and proven project management skills. Able to speak Mandarin as you are required to assist and work with Mandarin speaking clients and colleagues Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets Can start work immediately or at a short notice
