The Requirement:

• At least 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Degree in Material engineering, Mechanical engineering or a similar background preferred
• Direct Selling/business development/product management experience required

:-

• Provide OTC sales and application support to Asia (EX China & India) OTC team by responding to technical enquiries, proposing & reviewing configurations and resolving customer issues where necessary.
• Assess the commercial and technical viability of Custom Product enquiries.
• Accompany sales personnel on sale visits to provide value-added support such as technical discussions or presentations/demos where necessary.
• Assists in the production of sales tools such as materials and application books, product datasheets, presentations and videos for specific applications or products.
• Champion and drive key initiatives run by the business team. E.g. product launches
• Provide products and applications training to Sales and Service personnel.
• Proactively work with Sales Team to build customer relationships.
• Partner, interface and coordinate with Sales, Marcom and Business Team to develop and implement marketing programs to increase awareness of Instron\'s brand and OTC product offerings with the objective of increasing sales leads in 80 markets. E.g. Japan, Korea
