Job Description
We are looking for Technical Salesforce Consultant to join one of the Singapore Government Agency!
- Exciting opportunity to work with multiple agencies to deliver high quality software applications
- Work with a team of professionals to develop and implement Salesforce solution for whole of government (WOG)

- Apex development
- Visualforce page development.
- Lighting components development.
- Experience in 3rd party API integrations.
- Experience with data migration through other CRM eg. data loader.
- Hands-on configuration experience in administration setup, eg., managing org, users, profiles, roles, security controls, data & support processes configuration.
- Experience in designing custom objects, custom fields, picklists, page layout, workflow, approval processes, validation rules & flow.
- Experience in report & dashboard configuration.
- Experience with OmniStudio & Omniscript will be a bonus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions.
- Minimum of 6 years of Salesforce development experience, especially with Service Cloud.
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer
