, you'll be responsible for deploying, supporting, and troubleshooting network security solutions for enterprise customers and channel partners. You will ensure customer success by providing exceptional technical implementation and escalation support.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure network security products on customer premises or cloud environments.
Provide Level 2/3 support, troubleshoot complex security incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
Conduct technical training, workshops, and handovers to partners and end-users.
Work closely with vendors and internal support teams for advanced issue resolution.
Monitor deployments to ensure performance, scalability, and compliance.
Assist in upgrade planning, patching, and lifecycle management of deployed solutions.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in post-sales support, NOC/SOC, or field engineering for security solutions.
Hands-on experience with firewall configurations, VPN tunnels, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and threat intelligence tools.
